The Learning duties will be but are not limited to below:
- Daily trust accounting of property management and sales systems – receipting and reconciliation.
- Daily review of incoming mail/invoices for processing, payment, and re-invoicing where necessary.
- Daily review and processing of expenses and other transactions for corporate entities.
- Daily filing of paperwork/digital files.
- Monthly bond and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monthly processing/posting of rental P&L for select owners (corporate entities).
- Review and update accounting and operational procedures.
- Special projects involve system set-up (enhancing existing system configurations), systems migration (from current to the new system), new office set-up, and re-location.
- Ad hoc support of property management, sales, and property development team’s operations.
Skills Criterion:
- Business, Accounting, or Administration background.
- Positive attitude towards learning in a professional office environment.
- Ms Office skills.

Fees:
