On the job learning duties but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and identify hardware, software, and network issues and solve the problems;
- Be familiar with all hardware and software;
- Student Portal/Moodle system operation
- Provide orientation to new users of existing ICT systems;
- Train staff about potential uses of existing ICT Systems (when any update is needed)
- Provide individual training and support on request;
- Provide recommendations about accessing information and support;
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources;
Essential Skill:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field
