IT SUPPORT INTERN (Job ready)

On the job learning duties but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and identify hardware, software, and network issues and solve the problems;
  • Be familiar with all hardware and software;
  • Student Portal/Moodle system operation
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing ICT systems;
  • Train staff about potential uses of existing ICT Systems (when any update is needed)
  • Provide individual training and support on request;
  • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support;
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources;

Essential Skill:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field
